Abraham Hernández Covarrubias studied enginering graduated from the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN), He is psychologist with degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) graduated with honors, has three postgraduate degrees in psychotherapy, and an international certification in brief therapy by the Milton Erickson Foundation.

Bio:

Psychologist and psychotherapist, she trained in the field of hypnotherapy in The Polish Milton H. Erickson Institute and on international congresses. She works in her own practice and in Maria Sklodowska-Curie Memory Cancer Center and Institute of Oncology – Gliwice Branch/Poland. In the Oncologic and Reconstructive Surgery Clinic she works every day with patients admitted to surgery and as a member of the facial transplant team (that in 2013 year performed the first ever lifesaving face transplant in the world). In addition to psychotherapy and writing articles she provides trainings and lectures. She is the co-author of the book “Transplantation of the upper limb and face”.

Bio:

Dr. Robert Jaffe has been in full-time private practice since 1984 and works with adults and adolescents, handling a wide variety of issues. He specializes in the treatment of trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Addictions, Depression, and Anxiety. He was the chief consulting therapist for Cri-Help, INC., a residential and out-patient clinic in North Hollywood and Los Angeles, CA, for the treatment of addictions for over twenty-four years. Dr. Jaffe believes that each individual is unique, and responds best to a personalized treatment plan, and utilizes several different modalities including Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Object Relations, Psychoanalytic, Behavioral, and Hypnosis. Dr. Jaffe holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy from California State University, Northridge, CA, a Masters of Science Degree from the University of LaVerne, CA, and a Ph.D. in Philosophy/Hypnotherapy from the American Institute of Hypnotherapy, Anaheim, CA. He has given workshops and seminars throughout Southern California, and continues to attend classes and seminars to keep himself abreast of current developments in his areas of specialty.

During his bachelor’s degree in Psychology (UNED University -Spain-) he studied at Madrid Ericksonian Institute as Master in Ericksonian Psychotherapy and Hypnosis. He is responsible of the Supervision of the students’ final evaluation and he is also the mentor of several of the attendants to the different courses. Director of Studies of the International Centre of Psychology and Strategic Psychotherapy (CIPPS) -the first European center dedicated to the integration of the strategic model developed by M.H. Erickson with the innovative studies on psychosocial genomics carried out by Professor E.L. Rossi – that is recognized and qualified by MIUR (Ministry of the University and the Scientific Research). Director of the journal “Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy today”. As student of E.L. Rossi, Giovanna Celia has been trained directly by him at the MHEICCC in the fields of clinical, research and training.She is also a member of the International Psychosocial Genomic Team, developing a particularly innovative branch of research on patient’s narratives in relation to gene expression profiles.
