Bio:

Stefanie Badenhorst (D Litt) is a registered psychologist in private practice in Stellenbosch, Western Cape, South Africa. She was a part time lecturer at Stellenbosch University. She obtained her diplomat status from the Milton H. Erickson Institute of South Africa. She is the founder member and director of the Milton H Erickson Institute of Stellenbosch and presents training in hypnosis and Ego State Therapy in the Western Cape.

Encouraged by Gordon Emmerson (Ph D), she is the founder member of the first Ego State Training Unit in South Africa. She also developed training courses in Advanced Techniques with Childhood Trauma and the Role of Psychology in Forensic Work. Stefanie Badenhorst has published a number of articles on the topic of hypnosis and regularly presents conference papers at national as well as international level.
